One of the things I have found really great about Core Building is that their suppliers are very responsive to issues that come up in this first year of ownership.   Things just happen with a brand new home and each time when I have reached out to Core, they put me in contact with the appropriate supplier, who gets back to me within 1-2 days, depending on the severity of the problem.   So that is timing I can work with, especially for the number of homes Core is building at any given time.    Their Quality Control Person, Craig, is easy to work with and very responsive.   I could not ask for a better answer to situations that have happened.
